Somewhere in the outback of NSW, this old Red Hill Hotel stands frozen in time. Built in the 80s as a movie set, it’s been a backdrop for beer ads and still somehow feels like a real Aussie pub. I remember flipping through coffee table books and seeing this place, always wondering where it was. Now, years later, I’m here, staring at the shot I’d imagined for so long. The rusted roof, the Hills Hoist out front , it’s all so classically Australian, like stepping into a memory I never lived but always knew.
